Overview: The Behavior Analyst at CASD's Behavioral Intervention Program (BIP) is a pivotal role among a fun, dynamic team of clinicians! The BIP Behavior Analyst ensures personalized and impactful care by designing and supervising the applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. By working directly with clients and training caregivers and staff, they assist their clients in gaining key skills that will lead to increased independence. This vital role includes early intensive behavioral intervention, training and supervising the treatment team, caregiver training, care coordination, behavior consultation, school consultation, and psychoeducational services. Education Requirement: Master's Degree in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, speech, or a related field, required. Licensure Requirement: Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy and position-specific requirements. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
