TITLE:
CLEARED AMERICAN GUARD
LOCATION: Aurora, CO
POSITION SUMMARY
: CPG is looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to assist in a large project by supervising a team of guards responsible for escorting and monitoring uncleared staff members in a secure and cleared environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Primarily responsible for the supervision of guards who will escort un-cleared staff members or visitors that do not have the appropriate security clearance and or access for designated buildings and workspaces. Performs all duties of a supervisor to include mentoring, counseling, and administrative duties. In addition to monitoring and escorting uncleared personnel into controlled access areas and other locations within mission facilities and grounds.
- Follow all company personnel, safety policies, and perform all assigned duties in a safe work manner.
- Must comply with all CPG policies, procedures and adhere to company standards.
- Interact professionally with the CAGs, customers, employees, leadership and other public entities.
- Additional duties, such as data entry into systems, may be assigned based on the needs of the Facilities Department.\ Successfully complete all Escort training.
- Successfully complete all Escort training.
- The schedule will vary on an as needed basis; some after-hours, weekend and holiday work may be required.
- Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
:
- Must have and maintain an in-scope TS/SCI Poly security clearance.
- Must be a US Citizen
Education/Experience:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED. (associates degree preferred)
- 5+ years of supervisory experience.
Computer Skills:
Certificates and Licenses:
- In scope TS/SCI Poly security clearance
- Current eligibility in Scattered Castles (preferred)
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
- Work outdoors in summer heat and winter cold.
- Be able to walk long distances up to 5 miles a day.
