I can succeed as a Work Management Operations Analyst at Capital Group. As part of the American Funds Service Group, the Work Management (WM) team plays a critical role in supporting internal clients and business lines by delivering efficient, scalable solutions that align with regulatory and operational needs. In this role, you will directly impact the business by enhancing system capabilities, streamlining processes, and ensuring that WM systems are optimized to support evolving business demands. You're excited about the opportunity to lead solution development and deployment in partnership with application teams, while also serving as a subject matter expert on system enhancements. You will be at the forefront of identifying efficiencies, reducing manual processes, and driving innovation that improves both user experience and business outcomes. I am the person Capital Group is looking for.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
