  • Creating and improving control plans to enhance process efficiencies.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That's why we don't expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or similar Engineering field),

  • Experience or understanding of quality control processes and procedures,

  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone diagrams),

  • Knowledge of quality control standards and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA),

  • Familiarity with reading drawings/specifications and using a variety of test equipment,

  • Experience creating control plans and improving manufacturing processes,

  • Strong communication skills to write inspection procedures and work instructions.

  • Contribute to innovative projects,

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning,
