As the Senior Manager of the Fixed Income Portfolio Strategy Analyst team, you will lead a high-performing group dedicated to delivering Capital Group's investment strategies through our clients' vehicles of choice. You'll play a critical role in shaping and scaling the Fixed Income Portfolio Strategy Management (PSM) capability - ensuring it remains systematic, scalable, and aligned with our clients' evolving needs. In this role, you'll oversee daily portfolio management activities, drive operational efficiency, and collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues and scale processes. You'll guide the resolution of investment-related challenges across multiple lines of business, promote continuous improvement, and help ensure our investment process remains robust and future-ready. As a key member of the PSM leadership team, you'll contribute to strategic planning, partner with Technology to advance our roadmap, and stay ahead of industry trends. You'll also support business growth by leading new vehicle launches, influencing enterprise strategy, and representing PSM in key governance and growth forums. Working closely with leaders across Investment Operations, Global Product, Legal, Compliance, and Distribution, you'll help ensure our investment vehicles deliver the flexibility, customization, and outcomes our clients expect - while evolving the PSM capability into a core line of business that supports Capital's long-term growth. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
