This attorney works closely with key leadership at both the corporate and local levels across the health system. This attorney will provide daily counsel on a range of operational issues. This attorney will prepare a wide variety of corporate agreements such as physician agreements, joint ventures, leases, vendor contracts, supply chain contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and affiliation agreements. This attorney must have experience with relevant state laws affecting referral and financial relationships between health care providers. Must be practical and solution oriented, able to work with business units to solve legal challenges. This attorney must actively manage, supervise and coordinate outside counsel in their assigned areas, direct strategy, and contain costs. #LI-RK1 Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Required qualifications: 1.
