Software Solutions and Integration Project Manager

ChampionX is seeking a Software Solutions & Intergration Project Manager for the Theta Production Optimization product line in Houston, Texas.

The Software Solutions & Integration Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing critical timelines for key software projects of varying complexity and size. This position will serve as a key liaison between, sales, technical support, customer success, product management, and internal business stakeholders, fostering alignment and collaboration across departments to ensure successful product delivery and meet the needs of the Theta customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee key software projects and ensure key milestones are achieved.

  • Be an effective communicator and liaison between digital development teams and the product management and business teams in ensuring alignment of objectives, timelines, expectations, and tasks of key software projects.

  • Build project plans, timelines and hold accountability

  • Engage with business stakeholders at all levels to coordinate tasks, track progress and resolve issues while fostering collaboration within cross functional teams.

  • Develop guidelines for user-acceptance testing, and challenge the status quo, and bring creative solutioning to the table.

  • Ensure projects stay on track and meet their deadlines

  • Assist the product managers in shaping the mid- and long - term road maps, including but not limited to market research and customer engagements.

  • Assist or lead in the development of ALLY 4.0 elements, widgets, and pages as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four-year college or university degree in Mechanical Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent in years of experience.

  • Prior Project Management experience.

  • Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions and address complex product challenges.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and customers.

  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value and meeting user needs.

  • Business acumen and the ability to align product strategies with overall business goals.

  • Ability to work independently or in a small team environment and take on other tasks as necessary to achieve goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with business-to-business software solutions

  • Prior experience interfacing with production engineers or production engineering workflows

  • Prior experience with remote connectivity software or systems, such as SCADA.
