As a Data Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in enabling information delivery and data architectural governance for both internal and external stakeholders. You'll be responsible for overseeing data movement across the enterprise, developing data marts, and modeling data for analysis. Additionally, you'll support the creation and delivery of insightful reporting to our business partners, ensuring data flows seamlessly and efficiently across systems.   • Estimated Compensation (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)





  • Estimated Salary Engineer II: $110,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Responsible for ensuring proper use of version control systems (e.g., Git) and implementation oversight of change management processes to track and manage data pipelines, reporting changes, and code deployments across environments





  • Bring high learning agility including ability to quickly understand business context and how data-driven decisions impact organizational goals





  • Create compelling and insightful visualizations that effectively communicate data approaches and direction.





  • Provide experience with data governance, data security, and compliance including understanding of industry-specific regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) related to data handling and reporting.





  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions that optimize information delivery and support organizational goals. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities including skills in engaging and communicating with various stakeholders and translating technical concepts into business terms.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • At least 5 or more years of experience at an expert level solving build, development, and implementation challenges with:





  • Traditional data technologies and methodologies, such as RDBMS, SQL, and ETL/ELT, as well as emerging technologies like data science, programming languages, and cloud platforms including experience with Python development.





  • Foundational knowledge in analyzing data systems for structure, relationships, and impact to create effective data pipelines that align with business needs via ETL processes and data pipeline management.





  • Experience with cloud data warehousing platforms (preferably Snowflake) and visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI).





  • Strong background/experience in Informatica and or Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)





  • Familiarity with OLAP data store architecture and implementation





  • AWS skills to use Glue and/or S3 buckets transformation.
