This role is in our slope-side cabins, where you'll handle kitchen, dining room, cash register, and cooking duties. You'll rotate through various roles, making it ideal for those seeking a well-rounded experience. Cashier Duties: Collect payments, process transactions, and ensure accurate revenue handling. Record and balance daily transactions. Support management in sales control and team efforts. Line Cook Duties: Follow recipes and instructions to prepare and serve food accurately and efficiently. Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain high standards of food safety. Prepare ingredients, stock supplies, and maintain a clean work area. Communicate professionally with the team and assist with inventory and menu development.
