Shipping Coordinator

Pay: $22-$24/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process outgoing shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage shipping documentation and ensure timely data input.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve shipping issues.
• Monitor and maintain supply levels in the shipping/receiving office.
• Keep accurate shipping logs and notify Sales of any issues affecting delivery.
• Handle shipment claims (e.g., lost, damaged goods).
• Support other warehouse and logistics functions as needed.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or related operations.
• Previous experience in FTL/LTL dispatch required.
• B2B sales and rate negotiation experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with DAT and Internet Truckstop preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based programs; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
