Description and Requirements About the Role Lenovo's Services and Solutions group (SSG) is seeking a strategic, data driven and highly organized Demand Generation, Insights and Optimization Manager to lead our transition from traditional marketing tactics into a fully modern, data-driven demand generation engine. If you love blending creativity with data, refining cross geography processes, and being a force multiplier for marketing performance-this role is for you. A key aspect of the role includes partnering closely with Sales to define Marketing Qualified Leads/Sales Qualified Lead criteria and conversion goals, enabling seamless handoffs and accelerated revenue impact. You will continuously assess marketing performance, making data-driven optimizations and translating insights into executive-level recommendations. You will develop and operationalize demand generation process frameworks, geo investment plans and geo level execution to ensure consistency and measurable outcomes. You will also serve as a critical connector between Campaigns, Events, Digital, Brand, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership, fostering collaboration and driving innovation. This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the U.S. within the Eastern or Central time zones. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office-great for collaboration and connection! The base salary range budgeted for this position is $121,000 - $157,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
