About Our Group Our group is the repair station and overhaul team that provides the ongoing maintenance as needed for our customers' aircraft. We work on all lines of Gulfstream aircraft and are a 24x7 operation. About the Role The Tech I position is an entry level position into repair and overhaul. Primary responsibility, but not limited to, will be in the Carbo Blast section sandblasting paint off parts. Technicians will be required to use a respirator and follow other required PPE as mandated by Environmental Health and Safety. Please keep in mind respirators can not be worn with facial hair. Preferred candidate must possess general mechanical aptitude and ability. Must be able to work any shift as required depending on the needs of business. Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. Must possess basic understanding of shop math. Sheetmetal (production and/or fabrication) and/or hydraulic overhaul experience preferred.. Basic knowledge and experience with electrical theory and wiring preferred..
