Job Title: Practice Coordinator Location(s): Mission Bay, San Francisco, CA Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Practice Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a university or academic medical setting and be well-versed in clinical operations. Preference will be given to candidates with Apex training and prior experience working within a university health system. Candidates will be priorizied by the following criteria: First priority: Candidates who are fully compliant and Apex trained Second priority: Candidates who are Apex trained and partially compliant Third priority: Candidates who have worked with UCSF in the past and are not compliant Last priority: Candidate who meet the job qualifications but are not Apex trained or compliant Job duties: Back office or Call center. Must have: At least a year experience healthcare back office and epic with insurance knowledge. Soft skills/characteristics needed in a temp for this clinic: Excellent Customer Service and Willing to learn and Be flexible with job duty or shift. Estimated number of patients in clinic per day or calls per day if call center: ~ 50 pts or 50 calls per days Experience: Minimum 1 yr. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
