Description

IPS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative Services team. Reporting to the Creative Services lead, this role will support a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives - both internal and external - through the development of high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Design digital and print materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentation, decks, infographics, internal newsletters, event collateral, and signage
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business development teams to visually support campaigns and proposals
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across all assets
  • Prepare files for both print and digital production, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Contribute to photography, video, and multimedia projects as needed
  • Organize and manage digital assets and project files
  • Support administrative tasks and ad-hoc creative projects

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related floor
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
  • Excellent communication and collaborations skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling
  • Experience in UI/UX design or motion graphics
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in industrial services, B2B marketing, and/or corporate communications is a plus
