Industrial Embroidery Machine Operator Shift: 2nd, (2:30pm-12am) *Pay: $18-$20/hr. +$2/hr. shift premium (Based on experience)* We're looking for a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team during our busy production season. In this role, you'll operate high-end, industrial embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered garments. Job Description: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot industrial embroidery machines Load digitized designs and manage thread/needle changes Hoop garments and apply proper backing Inspect finished goods for quality and conformance Perform daily machine maintenance (oiling, lint control) Collaborate with teammates on production issues Qualifications: Prior industrial embroidery machine operation experience is required Ability to identify and work with various machine models (please include model(s) used on resume) Fast-paced production experience preferred Basic computer/data entry skills Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome
