Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Fort Payne, AL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Completes financial planning and reporting activities.
• Performs financial analysis regarding trends, financial structure, assets, cash, and liabilities.
• Analyses and monitors key performance indicators and business performance and creates regular reports to management.
• Carries out a range of operational tasks and project work in the expertise as assigned by the superior.
• May or may not be specialized in any kind of financial area.
• One of the key responsibilities for the BU will be the month-end closing activities, which will ensure that our books and records are auditable and IFRG-compliant.
• You will support the transformation into a digital controlling environment by implementing modern front-end tools, training the employees, and promoting digitalization projects.
• You will closely control all relevant business KPIs, including but not limited to volume development, Profit Development, Headcount, and FCF, and ensure the achievement of targets within each.
• Where deviations are found, you will take corrective actions with the team to bring transparency.
• The regular profitability trend and variance analysis on the BU level will allow you to make suggestions and advise management.
• You will prepare the monthly performance reviews with segments, indicating focus topics for each discussion and adapting the content of reviews to business needs.
• May also contribute to the (further) development of concepts and standards around expertise based on operational experience.
• May include functional leadership.
• Positions focusing on analyzing, developing, testing, or implementing processes, technologies, and systems in their specific field of expertise, from first principles.
• Needs professional technological, economic, or scientific know-how, methods, tools, and principles, and applies to differing and variable situations.
• Needs to solve assigned, non-routine tasks, to contribute to projects or assignments, or to support development of guidelines, methods, tools or business processes.
• These positions are expected to contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions in a self-managed and target-oriented manner and thus contribute to team results.
• Targets are short to medium term (best to be characterized as milestones), and achievements are monitored.
• Provide functional advice to and integrate the services of operational staff or semi-professional colleagues.
• Develops basic business understanding.
• Contributes to team effort, with awareness of expected value added.
• May improve processes, business methods, or technical components.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $21.42/ hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week (1^st shift)

Length: Temporary (12 months)

Required Skills:
