Description Acara Solutions is looking for a Designer for one of our clients in Cottonwood, AZ who will occasionally travel to Deer Valley, AZ. Designer Level I or Level II Pay rate range for Level I: $25-$30/hour Pay rate range for Level II: $30-$35/hour Would like someone to start as soon as possible Must have minimum of 2 years of design experience in AutoCAD Additional callouts from leader: Need candidates strong in AutoCAD and with solid soft skills (collaboration is a major part of this role). Also any experience in basic electricity, construction, excel, estimating, electric utility design, and engineering is preferred. Role will be fully onsite Contractor will be working Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm shift (1/2 hour lunch) Additionally, will have OT opportunity 12 month contract with possibility of extension Will occasionally need to travel to our Deer Valley location for training Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Designer Level I * High School diploma/GED. * Must have completed two years college or technical school course work in AutoCAD (AutoCAD AUD preferred) or a technical discipline or equivalent. * Specific Business Units may require one (1) year design experience in area of specialization. * Demonstrated oral and written communications and interpersonal skill, as well as PC skills in a Windows environment. * Valid Driver's License required Designer Level II * High School diploma/GED. * Must have minimum of Associate's Degree or technical school certification in AutoCAD (AutoCAD AUD preferred) plus two (2) years of electrical utility design experience. * Must demonstrate effective interpersonal, communications and PC skills in a Windows environment. * Valid Driver's License required Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
