Creighton University in Omaha, NE is seeking to hire a Research Lab Technician to work in Biomedical Sciences for the School of Medicine. A successful applicant will assist in collecting the data required to determine the extent inflammation increases cochlear uptake of aminoglycosides, and expression of immune signaling pathways, using immunofluorescence. A successful applicant will conduct these studies in tissues following treatment with ototoxic medications. The data collected will be instrumental in developing new strategies to prevent drug-induced hearing loss following administration of life-saving drugs while hospitalized. Qualifications
