Position Summary

The person in this position performs the necessary tasks needed to lead team to convert returning customer units into manufactured refurbished units

Responsibilities:

  • Manage team to manufacture refurb units
  • Coordinate with supervisor on projects and team progress
  • Look for opportunities for optimization
  • Ability to assist in Teaching and Training employees on new processes
  • Test, Clean, and Rebuild asset to refurbished unit.
  • Use a computer to complete necessary transactions
  • Generate daily test logs and other reports
  • Maintain paperwork
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing unit
  • Responsible for obtaining parts necessary for unit
  • Use Oracle mobile to complete transactions
  • Clean, Prep, and return functional items back into inventory
  • Conduct routine quality checks as required
  • Work in partnership with Vendors
  • Work responsibly and efficiently while adhering to all safety rules and policies
  • Comply with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance
  • Communicate via company email
  • Handle and process flawed products by sending them to appropriate departments
  • Receive daily instruction from line leader/Immediate Supervisor
  • Perform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing refurbished unit
  • Proficient in training and leading team
  • Proficient in handling electric or manual pallet jacks
  • Proficient with hand tools and RF scanners
  • Proficient in data entry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
  • Proficient in Oracle or similar ERP systems
  • Proficient in working as a team and adapting to new challenges.
  • Expert of pre-existing platforms and part assemblies.
  • High school graduate or equivalent - must be able to verify.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, as required by law.
  • Proficient in writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Excellent work ethics and attitude

Preferred Traits, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience or willingness to learn in a warehouse environment.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs continuously throughout a shift.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk extended periods of time.
  • Use of arms, hands, legs and back is required for repetitive motions of lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting.

Work Conditions:

May require weekends and evening hours.
