Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee banquet events from setup to breakdown, ensuring top-quality service and guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with clients and team members to plan and execute successful meetings and events
• Manage and train the Banquet team members to uphold service standards and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and qualify regulations throughout all banquet and food and beverage activities
• Support daily food & beverage operations, working closely with the kitchen and service teams
• Other duties as assigned.

Hotel Specific:

• Salary $60,000 - $65,000 annually.

Qualifications:

• Three years experience in food & beverage, banquets, culinary, event management or related professional area
• Alcohol Beverage Servers certification required
• Food Handlers certification required
• OSHA certification or equivalent knowledge of OSHA regulations
