Description We are seeking a proactive and organized 3rd Shift Field Tech Admin to support field technicians and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves coordinating technician check-ins and check-outs, reviewing deliverables, providing remote support, managing customer communications, and processing payments through third-party platforms. Key Responsibilities: * Technician Coordination: * Check in field technicians at the start of their assignments. * Review and verify deliverables submitted by technicians for accuracy and completeness. * Provide real-time support to technicians on-site, helping troubleshoot issues or escalate as needed. * Check out technicians upon completion of their tasks, ensuring all documentation is submitted. * Customer Communication: * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technician status and job progress. * Provide timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process. * Platform & Payment Management: * Process technician payments accurately through WorkMarket and Field Nation platforms. * Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and internal payment procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic troubleshooting. * Strong phone support and customer service skills. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with third-party workforce platforms such as WorkMarket and Field Nation is a plus. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
