We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Member to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy equipment operation and a strong understanding of construction site protocols. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment including backhoes, loaders, and bulldozers to perform various construction tasks.
• Assist in building structures and paving surfaces as required by project specifications.
• Perform utility locating to ensure safe digging practices and avoid underground hazards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety regulations.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to a positive team environment.

Skills

• Proficient in heavy equipment operation, including backhoe and loader operation.
• Experience with bulldozing and paving techniques is preferred.
• Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
