We have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Manager to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will lead and develop a new Inside Sales teamwithin the Pool business category. This role is critical to the formalization and scaling of Pentair's inside sales function as part of a broader Go-to-Market strategy. The primary directive is toincrease revenues and profitabilityby managing and developing the Inside Sales team toproperly service existing accounts while actively pursuing new accounts. The manager will guide the team in achieving aggressive growth targets and maximizing market penetration. A key focus will be on effectively serving a targeted list of dealers, particularly those identified as smaller accounts or those in segments previously underserved by field sales. The role requiresclose collaboration with distributors, and the broader sales team, including Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Technical Service and Customer Service, to elevate the overall customer experience and drive sales growth. This position is an opportunity toleverage experience in establishing and leading inside sales teamswithin organizations that utilize both inside and outside sales functions, helping todefine and refine processes, roles, and handoffsfor optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction. Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated TTC range will be from $118400 - $219900 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus and/or sales incentives.
