Job Summary

Job Description

The Supervisor, Material Control is responsible for overseeing and managing a company's inventory and supply chain operations. This includes the planning and purchasing of materials, as well as the distribution of products to customers.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement inventory management systems that ensure adequate stock levels at all times.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Plan and manage production schedules to ensure that products are delivered on time.
Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Manage shipping and delivery operations to ensure that products are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Perform data analysis to improve inventory management performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
3+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Salary - 82k -95k
