Zayo is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team to support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across the full hiring lifecycle and its activities. Our TA Coordinator will help ensure a seamless recruiting experience, maintain data integrity, generate reports, and improve operational processes. You'll partner closely with Zayo's broader People & Culture team and play a critical role in delivering an efficient, candidate-focused hiring process.

Location: Denver, CO Headquarters (1401 Wynkoop)

Hybrid capacity: 2 days/week in office with ability to flex as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, and support recruiter and candidate communication.

  • Create and update job postings; maintain requisitions in Workday (ATS).

  • Own offer letter generation, background checks, and onboarding tasks in Workday.

  • Ensure timely updates to candidate status and hiring data.

  • Manage external platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Seekout, Circa, Asana) and job postings.

  • Support Zayo's Early Career and Internship Program.

  • Track and report weekly on TA metrics using Workday and Excel; generate KPIs and insights.

  • Work closely with the Head of TA on executive recruiting, scheduling and reporting.

  • Manage contingent worker processes, liaising with vendors and internal partners.

  • Serve as point of contact for Workday recruiting support and testing; submit and track tickets.

  • Create and maintain internal documentation and process guides; maintain TA team shared drive.

  • Drive process improvements to enhance TA team efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Assist with planning and executing internal/external recruiting events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 (three) years of proven experience in TA coordination, operations, processes, and recruiting support.

  • Experience with Workday ATS, required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Clear communication skills with a collaborative, proactive, polished approach across all levels of the organization and with all levels of candidates.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Estimated Base Pay Range: $56,300 - $75,000 USD/annually

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
