POSITION OVERVIEW The Transportation Procurement Analyst creates capacity solutions to meet the needs of General Mills' businesses by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategies. The Procurement Analyst will work directly with Operations team members, Digital and Technology partners, and external suppliers to create regional and national strategies that deliver value through superior service, reliability, and cost competitiveness. This role will involve direct supplier engagement and negotiation. This role falls under the Procurement Manager, who is responsible for procurement activity supporting Over the Road, Intermodal, LTL, and Rail modes, including execution and implementation of RFPs. General Mills seeks to build and develop technical expertise in this role, and because of that, we would anticipate for this applicant to be in the role for 18-24 months. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $70100.00 - $105200.00 / Annually.
