Pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour Depending on Experience
* $500 Signing Bonus (Paid at 60 days of employment)
* $500 retention bonuses paid at 6-month and 12-month marks of employment
* The position is temporary from July - January 31, 2026
* 9 Paid Holidays
* This job is: Full Time Temporary (*NOT benefits eligible except under the Hawaii Prepaid Health Care Act (HPHCA).

Job Description

This position primarily supports the day-to-day activities of this location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Primary responsibility is to manage the Front Desk.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Answer telephone calls from customers (both internal and external) and process these calls or direct them to the appropriate party.
  • Assist in successfully resolving customer issues (both internal and external).
  • Assist with processing customer orders.
  • Assist with day-to-day clerical activities (filing, scheduling, mail distribution, etc.).
  • Cash vault responsibilities which include the counting of the Vending Routes collections and cash handling of the Delivery Routes.


Job Requirements



  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)preferred; related experience or training in customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Beverage distribution supports experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be detail oriented, with problem solving ability, and strong analytical skills.
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
