Role Summary

The Global Head of Third Party Manufacturing Management provides strategic, global leadership in managing third-party manufacturing relationships, optimizing supplier selection, and guiding contract negotiations. The Global Head of Third Party Manufacturing Management manages end-to-end commercial relationships with 130+ Contract Manufacturers (CMs), driving strategic sourcing initiatives, major projects, risk management, and cost optimization. While the individual owns and defines the sourcing strategy, close collaboration with the Procurement team and the sourcing CoE in procurement is essential. The individual role demands strategic alignment with broader business objectives, cross-functional leadership, and significant influence over gross margin improvement, capital planning, and organizational capability development.
