Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This role involves assisting with inventory, removing parts from machines, operating material handling equipment, and utilizing basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and committed to a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock verification
  • Remove and document parts taken from machines for reuse, repair, or inventory
  • Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, and equipment dollies
  • Lift, carry, and handle materials up to 50lbs regularly, over 100lbs with the aid of equipment
  • Safely operate material handling equipment (forklift certification preferred)
  • Use basic hand tools to assist in disassembly or preparation of machines and equipment
  • Climb ladders to access high shelves and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space in accordance with safety standards
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for basic data entry, reporting, and communication
  • Read, write, and understand English to follow work instructions, safety protocols, and inventory documentation



Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders
  • Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, and equipment dollies (certification preferred)
  • Comfortable using hand tools for disassembly or minor warehouse tasks
  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness



Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and climbing
  • Exposure to varying temperatures depending on the season
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by Family Members to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

The Team Member is occasionally required to lift and/or move 50 pounds, sit; stoop, bend and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a warehouse setting with a technical / repair lab, shipping and receiving area and equipment set-up and reconditioning environment. This role routinely may use standard electronic / mechanical testing equipment, hand lifts and forklifts, and hand tools. Will use office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required.
