Job Summary:

• Day-to-day project support for high-profile pharmaceutical client in the vaccines space.
• Work with engaged clients who appreciate attention to detail, creative and quick thinking and collaborative
• Help maintain day-to-day cross-functional project management ensuring timely delivery of materials and counsel to support (but not be limited to) HCP influencer engagement, disease awareness (unbranded) and branded communications / milestones, media relations and sponsored content.

Job Responsibilities:

• Program execution (e.g., activities tracker / timeline creation and management, program materials development, etc.)
• Facilitating client's formal medical/legal/regulatory review process, including scientific referencing of documents and knowledge of Veeva submission process
• Support on written communications materials such as influencer concepts, scripts, social posts, guidelines, sponsored content, press releases, backgrounders, key messages, internal communications/leadership pieces
• Conducting research and distilling key findings for team presentation
• Media list development and maintenance; familiarity with executing Satellite Media Tours (SMTs)
• Media monitoring and results reporting
• Weekly / monthly budget tracking and billing, as well as monthly activity report development
• Organizing regular internal and client touch bases, including agenda / activities tracker maintenance, as well as recap development

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in preferably in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry, and a bachelor's degree
• An interest in the healthcare communications industry to facilitate the ability to serve as an integrated member of team supporting multi-faceted campaigns
• Ability to support team members and facilitate positive working relationships with colleagues within the agency and across the network
• Ability to multi-task and proven success maintaining high quality work in quick-paced environment with multiple client demands
• Strong writing and oral communications skills

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $65K-$75K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
