We're looking for a Senior Growth Product Analyst to help accelerate this transformation by uncovering insights that fuel smarter product decisions and drive user growth across the digital experience. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and data-focusing not just on how we market to users, but on how we design, optimize, and personalize the experience to grow our subscriber base and keep users coming back. You'll dive deep into user behavior data to analyze the full product funnel-from visit to subscription to retention-surfacing insights that inform product roadmaps, guide experimentation, and shape growth strategies. You'll use tools like Tableau, Amplitude, and Snowflake/SQL to turn raw data into compelling narratives that help cross-functional teams build better products. This is not a marketing analyst role-it's about how our product grows, not just how we promote it. What you'll do:

You'll play a critical role in making the AJC's digital products smarter, more personalized, and more effective at serving our readers and growing our impact. USD 79,400.00 - 119,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
