PT Non-Certified Tutor (English, Math, Science)

Duties:

• Tutor students in English, Math, and Science
• Assist students in the Student Success Center
• Assist at the front desk as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must have completed English Comp 1 and 2 for English tutors
• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 and a 3.5 in the subject area to be considered for employment. A "B" average in the subject(s) you wish to tutor is required.
• Must have 2 recommendation letters from English professors. The instructors can e-mail the recommendation letters to Diana Shokralla at diana.shokralla@sjcd.edu
