We are looking for two exceptionally energetic Weighmaster to work at our site in the City of Los Angeles. This position will be located at an onsite remote construction location.

Hours: 6:00AM-6:00PM; 6:00PM-6:00AM, candidate needs to be flexible to work over-time and various hours when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn & operate Griffith Company proprietary software.
  • Weigh incoming and outgoing trucksloading asphalt.
  • Provide administrative support with regards to filing, billing, creating Purchase Orders, scheduling seminars, ordering office supplies, keeping office trailer clean, etc.
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Ability to perform other office duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of High School diploma
  • OSHA 10 Certification preferred
  • Previous experience with weighing trucks is preferred
  • Previous construction experience is preferred
  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Griffith Company requires an assertive team player who is capable of working in a high-paced environment.
  • Reliability and punctualityis mandatory

Hourly Range: $22.00 - $25.00

Relocation assistance will be provided to candidates outside of the local area on a case-by-case basis.
