We're looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sr. Analyst to drive Sales Programs for Agentforce and Data Cloud-two of Salesforce's most critical growth engines. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior Sales leadership, supporting the design and execution of strategic sales programs that deliver high-quality pipeline and ACV growth. You'll collaborate closely with Sales leaders to understand business needs, and partner cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Sales Strategy, Enablement, Finance, and Product to build and operationalize scalable sales programs. This role requires a strong grasp of the sales process, an analytical mindset, and the ability to turn insights into action. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, can balance long-term vision with short-term execution, and brings a startup mentality with a sharp focus on results. Your executive presence, curiosity, and ability to influence across teams will be key to driving impact at scale.

  • Support Sales Program Design & Execution: Collaborate with Sales Program leads to design and deliver sales programs that align with strategic business goals and seller needs.
  • Generate Business Insights: Analyze pipeline, performance, and productivity data to uncover opportunities and recommend program enhancements.
  • Monitor & Optimize Program Performance: Track KPIs, manage dashboards, and assess program impact post-launch; adjust as needed to improve results.
  • Partner Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with Sales Strategy, Product Marketing, Enablement, and other teams to coordinate program execution and support seller readiness.
  • Communicate Program Impact: Develop clear, compelling summaries and visuals to share program insights and recommendations with Sales leaders and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Sales Enablement, or Business Operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a cloud-based data or AI company, ideally with exposure to data infrastructure, analytics, AI/ML platforms, or cloud services.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; experience using Salesforce dashboards and reports is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or similar analytics tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to create polished, executive-facing presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving alignment across teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Familiarity with data and analytics tools to support insight-driven decision making
  • Exposure to tools such as SQL, Tableau, Snowflake or other analytical platforms

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $88,800 to $152,900. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $88,800 to $152,900.
