Responsibilities Manage assigned staff to meet and exceed department goals. Manage the Indirect Department's operational and marketing functions. Responsibilities to include piloting new programs, reviewing and processing applications, review and input dealer agreements; System Admin back-up for Indirect loan origination system and multiple other programs and interfaces, maintain/upgrade computer software systems/programs utilized within the department; Training department personnel in bank policy, computer software, Indirect products, programs and procedures. Organize Department functions and scheduling. Essential Duties:

Other Job Information Hours: 40 plus hours week/must be able to work flexibl hours which could include Saturdays, evenings and some holidays Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
