This is a hybrid and mostly remote role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team as a Global Treasury Solution Sales Associate 2. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Global Treasury Solution Sales Advisors to develop strategies towards achieving portfolio growth objectives, maintaining, and building client relationships and participating in targeted product campaigns within their client segment. This person will have a passion for running efficient internal sales processes that allow for the best client experience and will be accountable for the accuracy of sales data during the setup of new services and assistance with managing the Advisor's pipeline. The role will require a deep understanding of internal tools to support client research and preparation of account structures, proposal documents, and sales presentations. This individual will need a basic understanding of treasury products and may also be tasked with managing direct treasury management sales. Internally you will collaborate with cross functional teams including Relationship Managers and Advisors, Product Management, and Product Support as well as our Solution Delivery team.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with an Advisor on a strategic client portfolio: This includes assistance with preparation for client meetings through a detailed client review, creation of Account Structures, Pricing Proposals, Relationship Review Materials, preparation of competitive analyses, and performing follow-up activities with internal and external clients.
* Go-to-Market Strategy: Work independently to better understand client needs and resolve related questions and inquiries.
* Sales Structure: Ensure client satisfaction through active partnership with service and implementation teams.
* Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of SVB Treasury products and how and where they can benefit our clients. Manage basic product sales directly with clients.
* Communication: White glove client communication and client engagement. Daily communication and updates with Advisors. Open communication with Product team on product capabilities and client feedback for enhancements.
* Industry Knowledge: Independently develop technical knowledge of the payments industry and advancements in associated technology and best practices.

Additional Qualifications
* Complexity and Problem Solving: Can manage the internal process of complex new sales to ensure a smooth client experience and a trusted partnership with internal stakeholders.
* Impact: Trusted partner to aligned Advisor that can assist with research for client campaigns and migrations.
* Communication and Relationships: Need for strong email and phone communication with a sales focus.
* Functional Expertise: Internal SVB Sales tools and reporting, client records and pipeline management.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Treasury/Cash Management Sales at a commercial bank.

Required Area of Experience: Treasury/Cash Management Sales, Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Preferred Area of Experience: Banking history, Corporate Banking and/or Global Fund Banking client history
Preferred Area of Study: Business, Accounting, or Marketing
Preferred Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
