Job Summary and Responsibilities

Acentra Health is looking for a Contract Performance & Compliance Consultant to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to monitor activities impacted by regulatory requirements related to the organization's governance and any industry-specific or location-specific laws and to detect, and correct noncompliance issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain procedures for tracking and improving contract deliverable/SLA compliance
  • Read contracts, amendments, and RFPs to identify and document contract deliverables/SLAs
  • Utilize and improve upon current contract compliance processes
  • Train personnel to utilize the contract compliance process
  • Monitor contract compliance and performance to alert leadership of trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Document and maintain process and access requirements for contract compliance tracking
  • Work closely with Operations Directors to document contract requirements and Operations owners of those requirements
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a related field (i.e. working in stakeholder engagement or evaluation in data analysis)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Products, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Experience in the Government Contracting industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
