CLA is seeking to hire a People Insights Associate - Reporting Analyst in our Milwaukee, Madison or Minneapolis locations. If you are enthusiastic, a team player and detail oriented, apply today!

This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and validating Workday reports to support People Solutions and enterprise-wide analytics. This role ensures data accuracy, drives process improvements through automation, and delivers both recurring and ad-hoc reporting to meet evolving business needs.

As a People Insights Associate Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Reporting Needs Assessment & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders of all levels to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Workday Reporting: Design, build, and maintain custom and standard reports using Workday Report Writer, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, as well as Discovery Boards.

  • Data Integrity & Compliance Reporting: Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards. Support Workday data audits and compliance reporting. Adhere to reporting standards, drive automation and optimize workflows.

  • Release Management: Assist in Workday upgrades and testing related to reporting functionality. Remain up to date on Workday reporting best practices and new features.

  • Technical Support: Provide training and documentation to end-users on Workday reporting tools and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues in a timely manner.

What you will need:

  • 2 years of workforce reporting experience preferred

  • Workday experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PPT, Word, etc)

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Strong technical and analytical aptitude with excellent problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills

In the State of Minnesota, the wage range for this position is: $65,000 - $80,000 (annual).

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
