Moog Medical Devices Group specializes in designing, manufacturing, and distributing industry-leading enteral feeding and infusion pumps. Through substantial investment in research and development and leveraging our extensive expertise, we meticulously design and develop advanced infusion systems that enhance medication safety, optimize application performance, and effectively reduce medical expenses.

Moog Medical Devices is looking for an Inventory Manager.

You will be responsible for overseeing warehouse personnel to properly manage the receipt, storage, distribution and issuance of materials. You will maintain and implement prescribed systems to ensure accuracy of inventory and record keeping. You will report to the Director, Global Supply Chain in Salt Lake City, Utah.

As an Inventory Manager, you'll also be responsible for:

Warehouse & Staff Management

  • Supervise warehouse personnel across receiving, shipping, material handling, and logistics

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Inventory Control

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through daily cycle counts and quarterly physical inventories

  • Implement and improve inventory systems and processes

  • Compile and analyze inventory reports, including adjustments and stock records

3rd Party Logistics (3PL) Oversight

  • Manage relationships with external distribution warehouses

  • Reconcile quarterly inventories and process inbound/outbound materials

Purchasing & Logistics Support

  • Assist with Kanban Purchase Order setup and daily inventory reconciliation

  • Coordinate import/export activities and resolve logistics issues

  • Negotiate shipping rates and complete government reporting requirements

To be considered for the Inventory Manager, here are the skills you'll bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 4 years in inventory/warehouse operations)

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and inventory documentation

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a regulated, compliance-driven environment

Preferred:

  • APICS certifications: CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD

Salary Range Transparency:

Salt Lake City, UT $80,000.00-$120,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
