Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. This position will foster teamwork and collaboration in the delivery of technology governance documents through strong organization, facilitation and analysis skills. Serves as a technical expert on documentation management systems and tools. Assesses business requirements, implements appropriate specifications (timelines/schedules), monitors adherence to deadlines and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the documentation management/update process. Assists in identifying and resolving process issues that impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the documentation management/update process. Engages in Technology Governance activities and projects. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts in the work group. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support Preferred skills:

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
