Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

This position will foster teamwork and collaboration in the delivery of technology governance documents through strong organization, facilitation and analysis skills. Serves as a technical expert on documentation management systems and tools. Assesses business requirements, implements appropriate specifications (timelines/schedules), monitors adherence to deadlines and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the documentation management/update process. Assists in identifying and resolving process issues that impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the documentation management/update process. Engages in Technology Governance activities and projects. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts in the work group.


Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiency, effectively communicates analysis output.
  • Identifying Requirements - Determines requirements and communicates them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Identifies issues that affect processes and assists in correcting. Ensures compliance through monitoring and analysis.
  • Reporting - Produces advanced reporting based on data analysis and user input. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on analysis results.
  • System Support - Provides expert technical support by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. Serves as a resource to wider organization or business units, offering guidance on documentation processing and management.
  • Governance Documentation Management - Provides support and guidance in the creation, organization, and maintenance of governance documents, ensuring they are accessible, accurate and compliant with relevant industry standards and organizational policies. Identifies areas for improvement in documentation processes and systems and implements solutions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engages and executes Technology Governance activities and projects in furthering the risk management and governance of the technology domain.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support

Preferred skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Collaboration and team work
  • Agility
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft tool set
  • Trained in the application of Lean Six Sigma strategies
  • Relevant certification preferred such as CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, CISSP, etc
  • Prior experience in developing and maintaining Policies and Standards is preferred

The base pay for this position is generally between $98,000 and $149,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
