This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of our San Francisco office. Join SVB, a division of First Citizen's Bank, as a part of the Investor Coverage and Business Development group in the Bay Area. The Venture Capital Relationship Management (VCRM) team is a critical component of our innovation banking strategy, supporting business development, engineering complex transactions, and developing value-added solutions beyond traditional banking. As a Managing Director in VCRM - Fintech, you will lead and shape the strategic direction of the team, drive significant growth, and cultivate high-impact relationships with industry leaders. Leveraging your extensive expertise in venture capital, corporate venture capital, and Life Science/HealthcareFintech and AI industries, you will identify and capitalize on transformative opportunities, significantly deepening the organization's presence and influence in the Venture Capital and Private Equity landscape while maximizing value creation and delivering new business. The base pay for this position is generally between $222,480 to $333,720 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
