Salary:
FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $66,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:
The Materials Planner role is part of the Supply Chain team and reports directly to the Materials Manager. The role includes the following essential responsibilities, but is not limited too:
* Ensure optimized plan of purchase order management for externally sourced materials to support manufacturing and customer demand; including creating, confirming, and modifying purchase orders
* Review/Modify master data regularly in ERP system (SAP) to ensure material availability and quantity supports business need; including lot sizing procedure and quantity, lead time, and stocking position
* Develop and maintain critical relationships with internal and external sources to ensure success of supply of materials
* Work closely with operations and procurement on supply continuity to mitigate outages

Qualifications we are looking for:
* Bachelor's degree preferred, Supply Chain or related field
* 1+ years' experience in materials planning and/or management for externally sourced materials; chemical industry preferred
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, including the ability to track and ensure completion of multiple orders
* Basic to intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills, including the ability to create single sheet Excel spreadsheets with formulas
* ERP system experience (SAP experience preferred)
