Job Title: Salesforce Administrator (only W2 consultants) Location: 14301 Alton Pkwy Irvine, CA 92618 Shift: 1st 8am - 5pm Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $40/hr. on w2 without benefits Work Authorization: US Citizen/ Permanent Resident(Green Card Holder) Job Description: During the course of this engagement, Contractor shall perform the following services or any others mutually agreed with. Administrate Salesforce inbox for joint Tech Pubs organization: Screen customer: reviewing account/validate organization domain, emails Update Salesforce case details Assign case to correct queue/individual Complete revision checks for customers if manual is not in PH Connect Coordinate with PH Connect team to ensure requested documents are uploaded and available for customers Assist customers/approved third party MRO's with PH Connect sign ups and migrations Administrate Salesforce inbox for joint Technical Support organization Screen customer: reviewing account/validate organization domain, emails Update Salesforce case details Assign case to correct queue/individual
