The Automation Anywhere Developer collaborates with line of business partners to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop automation solutions using platforms such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low Code, Process Mining, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of automation development, including configuration, testing, implementation, and support, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

Essential Functions
  • Define requirements for new automation features and enhancements aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Participate in solution design to ensure alignment with business needs and user experience.
  • Develop, configure, test, and implement automation solutions using RPA and related technologies.
  • Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of automated solutions.
  • Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and availability of automation platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with peers, business partners, and technical teams.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts.
  • Ensure compliance with Center of Excellence (CoE) standards, security, risk, and change management.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and best practices.
  • Apply information security standards in code development.
  • Embrace mentorship and training from senior engineers.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree and/or completion of a technical bootcamp or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in RPA development using Automation Anywhere.
  • Experience in software development and automation solution delivery.
Skills
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new tools and frameworks.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance practices.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $68,000 to $103,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
