Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to help shape the future of our product experiences. In this mid-level role, you'll play a key part in translating strategic goals into intuitive, visually compelling designs that elevate our web-based products and tools. Working closely with product owners and cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to the entire design lifecycle-from concept through execution-ensuring a seamless, user-centered experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong visual communicator with an eye for detail, a user-first mindset, and the ability to turn strategic conversations into tangible design solutions. Key Responsibilities Translate business goals and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups Design clear, consistent UI/UX for web-based products and tools Partner with product owners and leadership to understand objectives and align on visual strategy Collaborate with remote graphic design resources to ensure brand consistency and quality Ensure all designs follow usability and accessibility best practices Provide input on product direction and continuously seek opportunities to improve user experience Participate in planning meetings and contribute to creative discussions around functionality and design Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in a product-driven or SaaS environment Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping Strong communication skills and ability to present and iterate on ideas based on feedback Experience designing responsive and accessible interfaces Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities Experience with fintech products or financial platforms is a strong plus Work Environment This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Baltimore HQ. Candidates must be able to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in person.
