FTE:1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. On-call Supervisor rotation for Home Health & Hospice.

Position Summary

A member of the Hospice interdisciplinary and leadership teams, the Supervisor Hospice is responsible for the implementation, delivery, coordination, and oversight of Hospice services delivered by the care teams to insure that patient care services are delivered in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy and mission of Hospice and meets all regulatory requirements and standards. This position provides direct supervision to support team of professional staff. This front line management position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, mentoring and organizational skills as it interfaces with medical and Hospice staff, management, patients, and families.

Requirements,


  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Licensed in the state of Washington as a Licensed Advanced Social Worker (LASW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Social Worker Associate Advanced (LSWAA)
  • Or Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC) with a commitment to obtain their LICSW or LASW within 3 years of hire
  • Five years of recent medical experience
  • Previous experience and/or demonstrated skills in a leadership or a supervisory role
  • Medicare Certified Hospice or Home Health experience preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $84,559.00 - $121,699.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
