Our client is looking for a Recruiter, Admin Support to join their Talent Acquisition team!
This is a full-time, 8-month long contract opportunity, onsite 3-4 days per week (non-negotiable) in Los Angeles, CA.
REQUIREMENTS:
5-8+ years of recruiting experience, with direct sourcing and full-cycle recruiting expertise
Proven experience handling high-volume recruiting (12-13 open requisitions at a time)
Background in tech and/or media organizations is required
Experience recruiting for administrative roles (executive assistants, content assistants, administrative assistants)
Skilled in managing relationships with senior stakeholders (VP-level and above) and cross-functional partners
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
ATS experience
Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute full-cycle recruitment for administrative support roles within the content organization
Develop and implement inclusive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal partners to ensure proactive pipeline development
Network and engage with talent communities for both immediate and future hiring needs
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape; provide market insights to hiring managers
Independently manage the search process, from sourcing to offer close, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Support operational efficiency in high-volume recruiting environments
The pay for this W-2 position is $80-$100/hr. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
