Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, from order intake to shipment and warranty Maintain accurate order records and track key deadlines Partner with engineering to deliver complete, high-quality documentation Process change orders and coordinate updates across teams Resolve shipping holds and support revenue goals Handle returns, concessions, milestone billing, and overdue invoices Drive process improvements using lean methodologies Communicate shipping schedules and proactively manage delays Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus Understanding of general accounting principles Strong organizational and project coordination skills Excellent communication skills across all levels Onsite availability at one of our facilities Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
