Security Assistance Team (VSAT) is responsible for ensuring all Legal demand (i.e., subpoenas, summons, court orders and search warrants) are handled confidentially and in compliance with all company policies and applicable laws. In addition to responding to legal requests, VSAT also provides educational presentations for law enforcement to further demonstrate our commitment to public safety. The Supervisor, Security Operations position is part of the Subpoena Compliance Team within the Verizon Security Assistance Team (VSAT) reporting into Corporate Security. The primary mission of the Verizon Corporate Security Organization is to ensure the safety and security of Verizon employees. The Supervisor is accountable for meeting and exceeding operational business metrics; strictly following all safeguarding of customer information/business records; ensuring all Federal and State laws as well as Verizon policies and procedures are followed; and providing a five-star customer experience.
