Position Highlights:

* Inpatient Psychiatry Role: Focus exclusively on providing high-quality care to adult patients with co-morbid medical and psychiatric conditions.

* Flexible Schedule: Work seven days on, followed by seven days off. During your on-week, you'll primarily work days and provide phone-based support as needed.

* Team-Based Care: Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to holistic, patient-centered care.

* Room to Innovate: Contribute to our psych-med unit, established in 2014, and help shape the future of integrated psychiatric and medical care.

* Competitive Salary: Shift based model of $284,039 with increase at years 2 and 5, excess shift compensation, value-based incentive up to $20,000 annually
